Pre-medals ceremony entertainment. We didn't get to see much of them, although we heard them well. I think this was the Native American Reggae band.

To the right of the medals amphitheater were buildings with pictures, the Mormon's temple, and the ubiquitous big screens.

Further to the right were the buildings draped with the athletes' pictures. The building showing the picture of skater Evgeni Plushenko was neat - the pictures were projected, so they kept changing. I wanted to get a picture of it showing all three of the men's figure skating medal winners, but my hands were getting REALLY cold.
